Ellen Lally. She was born Aug 1845 in Ireland. She died on 10 Jan 1929  her parents were Matthew Lally and Mary Mangin. She is  buried in St Marys Cemetery  (Section 2 Lot 84)

    Matthew F. Murphy, of 320 E. Kennedy St., a retired carpenter, died last night in St. Joseph's Hospital. A resident of –Syracuse for 85
    years, he was a communicant of St, Anthony of Padua Church. Surviving are a son, Leo J. Murphy; two daughters, Mrs.  Irene Bailor
    and Mrs. George J. O'Hearn; a sister, Mrs, Elizabeth Murphy; 10 grandchildren and 12 greatgrandchildren. Services will be
    conducted in the John G. Butler Funeral Home at S:15 a.m, Tuesday and at 8:50 a.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Church. Burial will
    be in St. Agnes_„' Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and Monday

    The death of William H. Murphy occurred yesterday morning in St. Josephs Hospital of  pneumonia. He Is survived by a widow. Mrs.
    Jennie Roach Murphy; three children, John, Wilson and Kenneth Murphy: his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John J. Murphy  a brother,
    Mathew  Murphy, and- four sisters, Mrs. August Smith and Lizzie Nellie and Margaret Murphy. The  funeral will be held at 9 o'clock to-
    morrow morning from his parents' residence No. 1212 South  State street, and a half  hour later at the Cathedral of the Immaculate
    Conception. Burial will be at  St. Agnes Cemetery.

    Hospital Auxiliary, Loretto Rest Guild, House of Providence Auxiliary and the Bishop Foery Foundation.  Surviving are two
    nephews, Leo and Kenneth Murphy, and five nieces, Mrs. Joseph M. Thornton, Mrs. Edward Kompf, Mrs. Albert Dingledein,
    Mrs. Irene Bailor and Mrs. George A'Hern. Services will be a. 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Schumacher- Whelan Brothers
    Funeral  Home. A solemn requiem Mass will be offered at 9 a.m. in Most Holy Rosary Church. Burial will be in

Margaret Murphy. She was born on 09 Feb 1888 in Syracuse. She married  Ernest A. Jones. They were married on
30 Apr 1907. Residence 1910 in  Syracuse Ward 14, Onondaga, New York[7]. She died on 17 Sep 1929 in St  Marys
Cemetary (Section 2 Lot 84) Syracuse
    Note: Margaret Murphy and her sister Nellie Murphy married brothers Ernest Jones and Harry Jones.  They were the youngest
    children of John and Ellen and they remained very close up until Margaret's death. My grandmother kept a diary which
    documents some of this relationship

William H Murphy - He died in June of 1904, his wife Jennie died in October of the same year leaving 3 Orphan
Children, John, Wilson and Kenneth
Appears in the 1880 Census (11 yrs). There is no 1890 Census.  In the 1900 he would have been 31 but I can not find one on
him in any census.  When his brother William died in 1904 he is not listed in the obituary.  So he died some time between 1880 and
abt. 1920 front Helen Smith Dorothy

    Mrs Ellen Murphy 83, who died yesterday at the home of her
    daughter, Mrs. Nelli Jones 1131 Bellevue Ave, following an attack of
    pneumonia, wil be buried on Monday from there, where services will
    be conducted at 9 o'clock.  At 9:30 o'clock a mass of requiem will be
    celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.  
    Survivors are three daughters, Mrs Ernest Jones. Miss Marian Murphy,
    and Miss Elizabeth Murphy;  and one son Matthew Murphy

    Mrs The funeral of John J. Murphy retired carpenter, who died last night
    will be held at 9 o'clock Friday morning from his home. 161 Hudson St.
    and half an hour later at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.  
    Burial will be made at new St Mary's Cemetery.  He was  a member of the
    Holy Name Society and had lived here 50 years. Besides his widow, Mrs
    Ellen Murphy he is survived by one son Matthew Murphy;   four daughters,
    Mrs Ernest Jones, Mrs.Harry Jones Miss Marian Murphy, and Miss Elizabeth
    Murphy;  and one brother Michael Murphy of this city. and three sisters Mrs
    John Bush, Mrs B A Trainor of England and Mrs Michale Daly of this city.
