Court Arsenal will meet Wednesday night, The members were shocked to learn of the drowning of William
F. Murphy of 110 Monroe st. Sunday, at Crooked lake. Tully. He with several friends went to Tully Saturday
fishing, which sport was to be continued until Sunday evening. His boat was overturned at 9:45 Sunday
morning, and while A. O'Connell was successful in bringing him from the water at the first attempt, the
boys were unable to revive him, although every known means was used.
He was not under the water more than one minute, and the members unite In believing that his heart was
weakened by the shock caused by fright. Mr. Murphy will be sadly missed in the court room for on account
of his sunny disposition, He was loved by all. Action will be taken upon his death at the meeting
Wednesday evening, and the members are requested to attend the funeral Wednesday morning, which
w||| be held from the house at 10 o'clock, and not from the church.

Miss Nellie M. Murphy, of 320 East Kennedy Street, operator for the New York Telephone Company more
than a quarter century, died this morning In the General Hospital of Syracuse, after a- weeks Illness with
pneumonia. Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mathew F. Murphy; three brothers. Mathew E., Leo J.
and George P. Murphy, and two sisters, Mrs. Arthur Bailor and Mrs. George O'Hern. The funeral will be
conducted from the home Thursday morning at a time to be set later, followd by a solemn high mass of
requiem In St. Anthony of Padua Church. Burial wit be in St. Agues Cemetery,

Rev. Joseph M Osip with the Rev. Thomas K. Leonard, deacon, and the Rev. Willard P. Dogherty, sub-
