    William F. Murphy. 78. of Lindley died Tuesday, March 16 1993 in Corning Hospital  He was born in Syracuse  to
    William F and Bertha Clark Murphy.  He married Neva Shaw Jan 1, 1976, in Campbell.  He retired in 1979 from Watson
    Homstead and was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic church, Corning.  Surviving are: his wife; five
    sons William F. Jr of Painted Post, James Townsend of Lindley, Olin Townsend and William Townsend both of
    Lawrenceville, Pa and Randy Townsend of Addison; Four daughters Beth G. Taylor of Campbell, Kathy (Mrs Dale)
    Taft of Lindley, Winifred Roloson of Addison and Janet Townsend of Mainsburg, Pa; One Brother Daniel of Syracuse;  
    and 21 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.  Calling hours were Thrusday evening in Phillips Funeral Home inc,
    17 W. Pulteny St, Corning with a prayer vigil at 8:45 pm.  the prayer vigil will continue 1-2 pm today there with a Mass
    of Christian burial at 2pm today in the chapel of the funeral home,  the Rev. Philip J Billotte officiating burial will be
    in Fairview Cemerty Painted Post.   

    Edward Murphy. He was born 1921 Son of Matthew E and Hazel Minkler. Edward must have passed away
    before Robert because he is not mentioned in Robert's obituary

    Aug 1984 in  Camillus, Onondaga, New York, USA. Burial in Oakwood-Morningside Cemetery

    He married Frances Tork. She was born  on 09 Sep 1923. She died on 17 Dec 2006.

    Robert J. Murphy. 61. of 232 Slawson Drive. Camillus, died Monday at his home after a long  illness in Syracuse. Mr.
    Murphy lived in Camillus for 20years. He was a foreman for the General  Electric Co., retiring in 1980 after 35 years
    with the manufacturer. Mr. Murphy was a member of  Fairmount Community Church and the General Electric 25-Year  
    Club. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
            Surviving are his wife. Frances Tork Murphy; four sons, Lawrence P. of Central Square, Dennis  F. of Houston.
    Texas. Thomas J. of Plymouth, Mass.. and Timothy G. of Camillus; his mother.  Hazel Strevy of Auburn: two brothers.
    William F. of Windley and Daniel J. of Syracuse; and five  grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at B.L.
    Bush &  Sons Funeral Home, Camillus,  the Rev. P.V. George officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood-Morningside
    Cemetery. Calling hours  are 7 to 9 p.m. today (Aug. 21) and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Contributions may be  
    made to the American Lung Association.

    Frances J. Murphy, 83, of Camillus, died Monday at St. Camillus Health & Rehabilitation Center. A  lifetime resident
    of Syracuse, she graduated from Vocational High School. Frances was employed  by G.C. Murphy's in Camillus for
    more than 10 years and was formerly employed by GE. Frances  loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them
    and taking care of her grandchildren. She  also  enjoyed genealogy. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert J.
    (1984) and sons,  Robert James, Jr. (1974), Lawrence Patrick (1989) and Dennis Francis (1988).
                  Surviving are her sons, Thomas J. (Terry) of Skaneateles and Timothy G. (Tammy) of Syracuse;  brother, Louis
    "Fred" Tork of Camden; sisters, Rose (Fred) Osborn of Myrtle Beach, SC and  Margaret St. John of Tyler, TX;
    grandchildren, Melissa, Lisa, Jamie, Jason, Michael, Nicole and   Kendra; stepgrandchildren, Kevin and Cassandra;
    and several great-grandchildren.  Services will be at 9 a.m. Friday at Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St.,
    Camillus.  Friends may call Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakwood  Cemetery.

    Daniel J. Murphy, 60, of Cleveland, died Saturday, May 28, 2005, a St. Joseph's Hospital, Syracuse, after a long
    illness. Born in Syracuse, he had lived in Cleveland for 20 years. He was an Onondaga County Sheriff's Deputy until
    1984 before retiring due to illness. He was the founder of the Oneida Lake Flyers' Associates in Constantia.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Cveta Andrevski; two daughters, Karrigan and Kaitlyn Murphy at home; and a sister,
    Leona Haynes of Syracuse.
    Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, June 2, 2005, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Cleveland. Calling hours will be 4 to 7
    p.m. Wednesday at the Watson Funeral Home, Inc., 631 So. Main St., Central Square.

Obituary: THE POST-STANDARD/Tuesday, April 15, 1986
    AUBURN - Hazel Minckler Strevy, 84, of 80 E. Genesee St. died Monday at
    Mercy Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born in West Amboy, Mrs. Strevy
    lived in Syracuse before moving here in 1944.  Surviving are a stepson,
    Edward E. Strevy of Schnectady; a stepdaughter, June Dickerson of Ocala,
    Fla.; a sister, Florence Hartman of Pasadena, Calif.; 10 grandchildren, seven
    great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild. Services will be private.
    Burial will be in Fort Hill Cemetery. There will be no calling hours, Brew
    Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
Bertha Murphy
    The funeral of Mrs. Murphy, who died Saturday afternoon, will be held from the
    family home No. 245 Fitch St. Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock.  She is survived by
    her husband Matthew Murphy, one son William F. Murphy, one sister Miss Ruth
    Sutherland and her parents Mr and Mrs W. Sutherland.
